Join Crown Perth's talented pastry team and help create exceptional desserts, cakes and pastries for our hotels, restaurants, events and premium dining experiences. Working alongside experienced pastry chefs, you'll develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare pastries, desserts, cakes and baked products to premium standards.
• Support daily mise en place and large-scale pastry production.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation.

About You

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie or equivalent.
• Experience in a pastry, bakery or commercial kitchen environment.
• Premium hospitality, hotel or restaurant experience highly regarded.
• Bulk production or high-volume pastry experience highly regarded.
