rooftop vibes, and a menu that’s anything but ordinary. From Croc Tail Tacos to BBQ Share Platters,

we serve up flavour, fun, and community spirit in every dish.

We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and driven Head Chef to help lead our kitchen and shape

the future of our food offering.

The Role:

This is a leadership role with real influence. You’ll guide our kitchen team, elevate our menu, and

bring creativity and consistency to every plate that leaves the pass.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily kitchen operations

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency

• Collaborate on seasonal menu development and specials

• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff

• Uphold food safety and hygiene practices

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Sous Chef /head chef experience ideal)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• A passion for elevated pub-style food

• Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively

• Ambition to grow into a full Head Chef role
