About the Role 
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. As the ideal candidate you'll have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills & Experience 

• Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. Express genuine appreciation when bidding guests farewell.
• Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
• Phone Etiquette: Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
• Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
