Pool Cleaner

Swimart Mosman Pool & Spa Services are looking for an organised experienced pool cleaner or an organised person willing to learn. You must be a team player with excellent people skills.

You will be supplied a late model company vehicle & paid above award wages. You must be physically fit & able to lift a minimum of 20kg.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment as required

• Complete 8 pool cleans per day

• Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English

• Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers

• Take pride in their work

• Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments

• Water testing and adding of chemicals

• Preparation of service reports via infield app

• Perform basic marketing activities while in field

• Organise and list stock as required in the van

• Observe and report pool equipment issues

• Punctuality and timekeeping essential

• Preform chlorinator cell cleans

• Pool pump servicing 

Candidates should have:

• A current driver’s license with a good driving record

• Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance

• Previous experience with pool pumps and other pool equipment 

• Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team

• Previous experience, in pool cleaning is an advantage but not essential as we are prepared to offer training to successful candidate

• Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised

• Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers

• 25+ age of years preferred
