CENTRE DIRECTOR EVOLUTION EARLY LEARNING MOOLOOLABA

Evolution Early Learning Mooloolaba is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our premium 146 place early learning service.

The opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead the team at Evolution Early Learning in Mooloolaba, Queensland. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of this thriving early learning centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education for the children in our community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including staff management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment to support the professional development of educators

• Maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and regulatory bodies

• Manage the centre's budget and financial operations to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Evolution Early Learning brand

What we're looking for

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the early learning sector

• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, staff management, and regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and the community

• Strong business acumen and financial management skills

• A passion for providing high-quality, inclusive, and nurturing early learning experiences

• Previous experience managing a large service and team of staff.
