The Role
Are you driven, goal-oriented, and ready for an exciting new challenge? We’re looking for a Sales Representative in Dandenong, someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and tackling new opportunities, then this is the role for you!

In this role, you’ll be:

• Building relationships with key customers and turning them into loyal fans.

• Hunting for new business to help us expand our footprint in the region.

• Maximizing sales by providing solutions that keep our customers coming back for more.

• Hitting targets (and we mean it!) to keep growing Konnect's success.

It’s a Monday-to-Friday gig that gives you the stability and freedom to make an impact, all while working in a fun and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Smashing KPIs Revenue, margin, you name it, you'll be on top of it!

• Creating connections with key accounts and nurturing relationships to keep the business growing.

• Turning customer needs into killer solutions that make their lives easier and their businesses stronger.

• Maximizing every sales opportunity and uncovering new ways to win.

About You

• Experience in sales (especially in fasteners, industrial supplies, or construction, bonus points if you've got it!).

• Technical know-how? Even better!

• Communication skills that build trust and relationships.

• Deadline-driven and hungry to succeed.

• Team player who’s always willing to roll up their sleeves.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of your success.

• Strong computer skills.

• A valid driver’s license (because you’ll need it for the job!).
