About the role

Ellysian Skin and Beauty is seeking a dedicated and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Erina Heights salon. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional beauty treatments and skincare services to our valued clients. You will play a key role in providing personalised beauty solutions, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a comprehensive range of skin treatments including advanced skin treatments, lashes and brows, tanning, waxing and nails.

• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas and adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Building and maintaining positive client relationships.

• Managing client bookings and appointment schedules efficiently

• Keeping detailed client records and maintaining confidentiality

• Staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques and products to enhance the services offered

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues

• Promoting salon services and retail products to clients

What we're looking for

• Diploma qualified or a minimum Cert IV

• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments and product knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• A professional appearance and commitment to personal presentation standards

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
