AZ PIZZA PTY LTD About the Role Domino’s Pizza Jindalee is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, controlling stock and operational costs, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring the store operates efficiently in accordance with business policies, food safety requirements and workplace health and safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing and controlling the daily retail operations of the Domino’s Pizza store to ensure efficient service and achievement of operational and sales objectives. Determining appropriate product availability, stock levels and customer service standards based on sales demand, trading patterns and business requirements.

Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients, beverages, packaging and other store supplies and coordinating timely replenishment to minimise shortages and wastage. Implementing purchasing procedures and liaising with approved suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability, quality and cost control. Implementing store-level pricing, promotional and marketing initiatives in accordance with the broader business and franchise requirements.

Promoting the store’s products, meal deals and services through local marketing activities and approved promotional campaigns. Monitoring sales performance, customer demand and product trends to support appropriate product offerings and operational decisions. Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, sales, expenses and other financial transactions.

Preparing and monitoring store budgets, operational expenditure and revenue performance and implementing appropriate cost-control measures. Reviewing store performance, labour costs, stock usage and wastage to identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Recruiting, selecting, rostering, training, supervising and supporting store employees to maintain appropriate staffing levels and service standards.

Allocating duties and monitoring employee performance to ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently and customers receive a consistent standard of service. Establishing and maintaining high customer service standards and resolving customer complaints, order issues and service concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring the store complies with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety procedures, hygiene standards and applicable operational policies.

Monitoring the cleanliness, presentation and overall condition of the store, customer areas, food preparation areas and equipment. Implementing and reviewing operational procedures to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, sales performance and overall store efficiency. Skills and Experience

The successful applicant should possess: Relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management or a related field , and/or substantial relevant retail or fast-food management experience. Demonstrated experience managing the day-to-day operations of a busy retail, quick-service restaurant or fast-food establishment. Strong staff management skills, including recruitment, rostering, training, supervision and performance management.

Sound knowledge of stock control, inventory management, purchasing and waste reduction. Experience monitoring sales, budgets, operational expenses and financial performance. Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills.

Ability to implement promotional activities and maintain established product and service standards. Sound understanding of workplace health and safety, food safety and hygiene requirements. Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing operational priorities.
