Junior Investment Operations Analyst

Your new role…Are you ready to play a pivotal role in overseeing varying aspects of investment operations and being involved in strategic projects? Join our dynamic team in Sydney as a Investment Operations Analyst. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between the Investment Strategy Group (ISG) and the Operations team, providing comprehensive support and identifying opportunities for improvement across our operations,
Your new responsibilities…Execute new investment strategies and support all related processes, including subscriptions, capital raises, and corporate actions.Oversee portfolio reconciliation, ensure accurate capital event reflection, and manage performance models.Maintain investment databases, conduct data analysis, and assist with management reports.Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.Provide support for client and adviser inquiries, account setups, and other operational needs.
What you will bring…Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.Between 1-3 years of experience in wealth, asset management or similar investment operations role (Desirable).Strong understanding of various investment products.Willingness to learn.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other technology tools.
