What you will do

As data and reporting analyst, you will lead data work for honorary justice services. You will turn complex information into clear advice that helps improve services.

You will:

• lead accurate data and reporting systems for honorary justice services.
• analyse data to find important trends, risks and ways to improve services.
• use data to understand changes in service demand and volunteer supply.
• prepare clear reports and briefings that support planning and decisions.
• help improve systems, processes and reporting through practical analysis and new ideas.

About you

A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. You will need strong data analysis skills and experience with system change or improvement work.

You will need to think clearly, adapt to change and work well with others.

You should also have:

• strong data skills and the ability to find trends and useful insights.
• advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data charts.
• critical thinking skills to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• good communication skills to explain information clearly to different audiences.
