Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup’s digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks.

What You’ll Be Doing:   

As Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead the design, build, evolution and engineering maturity of critical enterprise platforms across DuluxGroup, ensuring they are scalable, secure, reliable and ready for the future. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape platform standards, uplift engineering practices and build high-performing teams that deliver with ownership, pace and discipline. What We’re Looking for:   

• Proven experience leading enterprise platform, cloud, integration, or application engineering teams within complex, large-scale organisations.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams that deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Passionate about driving engineering excellence through automation, reusable solutions, AI-enabled innovation, and modern platform practices.
• Able to confidently influence and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, aligning engineering initiatives to broader business goals and technology roadmaps.
• Demonstrates sound judgement when balancing speed, security, governance, quality, cost, and business value to deliver scalable and sustainable platform solutions.
