About you

You are an experienced project leader with a proven ability to deliver large, complex organisational change initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience leading large, complex projects or programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Excellent governance, risk and project management capability
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build productive partnerships
• Experience working within complex health or government environments will be highly regarded.

What you'll be doing

• Lead delivery of the Self-Managed Medications Program
• Manage governance, risk, reporting and program assurance
• Build strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Lead project planning, implementation and evaluation activities
• Support benefits realisation and continuous improvement
• Provide high-level strategic advice to senior executives.

Mandatory Requirements

• While not mandatory, relevant project management qualifications will be well regarded.
