We’re growing—and we’re looking for experienced Bindery Operators to join our Brendale team.
Immediate start available for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on production role working with state-of-the-art bindery equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll operate Guillotines, Folders or Stitchers (or multiple machines if you have broader capability), helping deliver jobs on time, in full, and to spec—the standard CMYKhub is known for.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Brendale, QLD

• Operating bindery equipment (Guillotine, Folder and/or Stitcher)

• Supporting end-to-end finishing processes

• Maintaining quality, accuracy and output targets

• Performing basic preventative maintenance

• Keeping your work area clean and organised

• Participating in ongoing training and upskilling

• 1–3+ years’ experience on at least one bindery machine

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Solid time management and reliability

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional machine experience is highly regarded.
