About The Role

Join a 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Gold Winner and 2026 Sustainability Champion recognised by the World Steel Association. Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild Recycling business.

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Steelmaker to join our supportive team at the Rooty Hill Steel Mill. You'll be part of a large, experienced steelmaking crew and report directly to the Shift Leader. Our Steel Mill operates 24/7, and this role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating 7-day roster (day and night shifts).

What helps you succeed in this role:

• Previous trades or labouring experience
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A forklift ticket (ideal but not essential)
• Basic computer literacy to learn HMI operation
