Learning and Development Administration Officer

An exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bay’s Training Department as a Learning and Development Administration Officer.  We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to help support the face of the Rocky Bay Training Academy.

About the role:

Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will provide administrative and coordination support across internal and external training, workforce development and RTO operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers and resources
• Support learners, trainers, customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate student, employee and training records
• Coordinate enrolments, bookings, attendance and completion requirements
• Support RTO compliance, reporting, audits and certification processes
• Maintain learning and student management systems
• Prepare training and workforce capability reports
• Assist with training-related invoicing and administration
• Contribute to process improvement and the effective delivery of learning programs

What you need to have:

• Experience in administration, training administration or learning and development
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months (willing to obtain)
• Proof of influenza vaccination (willing to obtain)

Desirable:

• RTO experience and knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and AVETMISS
• Experience with Student Management or Learning Management Systems
• Experience in disability, health, community services or education
