About The Team
This role is part of the Production & Operations team, within the Arts, Events and Libraries Department. The Arts, Events and Libraries Department at the City of Kingston is focused on the delivery of industry leading contemporary programs, activities and events. Through innovation and continuous improvement, the department strives to provide high quality learning, recreational, social, and cultural outcomes for our community.
About The Role
As part of the Arts, Events and Libraries Department you’ll support Coordinator CRM and Ticketing to administer and maintain the ticketing services and systems efficiently and accurately with a focus on providing excellence in customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and our valued patrons.
This role works across our three venues in Moorabbin and Parkdale.
This position is customer facing and will require work outside of standard contract hours, including evenings and weekends across all Kingston Arts venues.
Responsibilities
Other Responsibilities include:
Manage a high level of box office service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders using Kingston Arts booking system ENTA (formally Vivatickets).Undertake comprehensive administrative and financial tasks including facilitating ticket sales, refunds and exchanges; all financial aspects of ticketing including processing through Council’s Pathway system and maintaining data privacy and accuracy. Continually develop and maintain ticketing software system knowledge.Generate and issue box office reports as required.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in delivery of high-level customer service in a fast-paced diverse environment.Experience in Ticketing and/or CRM programs and Event Management Software programs, including event builds and reporting, along with a demonstrated high level of administration skills including computer literacy, and accuracy in computer applications.Experience in Box Office management working in a ticketing services/box office team at a performing arts venue, events/functions venue, or similar.Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
