Your Role

Take ownership of a territory from Maitland to Grafton, driving sales growth across Bunnings and Independent Hardware stores while building strong customer relationships and representing some of Australia’s leading hardware brands. This is a hands-on role that combines sales, relationship management and in-store execution, with regular overnight travel every fortnight.

• Enhance sales and margin performance through business development strategies.
• Optimise CRM usage and call cycle management.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Merchandise stores to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Complete store relays and new store setups as required.

What You Bring

We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, and optimistic individual to join our sales team in NSW. The ideal candidate will be based in North Newcastle or Maitland, while our warehouse is situated in Minto.

• Possesses strong negotiation skills, influencing positive outcomes.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in time management, planning, and organisational skills.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
• Upholds integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Able to handle heavy lifting
• Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware stores is desirable but not essential
