The Role:
The Sales & Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales function, ensuring seamless coordination, planning, and administration of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Acting as a key link between internal teams and customers, this role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with JFD policies and procedures, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business success.
 
What you'll be doing:

• Process internal and external sales orders in Glovia, from order creation through to invoicing.
• Ensure sales documentation is accurate and complete, including customer-requested quality documentation (OQE).
• Coordinate and monitor export licence applications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain forecasts for service and sales demand, reviewing MPS/MRP reports to support purchasing requirements.
• Raise purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring parts and consumables are available to meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly order book and dashboard reports, providing updates on orders, work in hand, and planning activities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, opportunities, and activities to support reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company approval processes.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar sales support, coordination, or administration role, ideally within a subsea, engineering, or defence environment.
• Good understanding of quotation, sales order, purchasing, receipting, and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Positive, proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
