Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of residential land development and civil construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will coordinate site crews, subcontractors, plant and materials while maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers and project management. You will play a key role in delivering subdivision and civil infrastructure works, including earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer, water, retaining walls and associated services, while driving productivity, maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring all works comply with project specifications and WHS requirements

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, leads by example and enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.
