Team Leader - Family Preservation

 Sora is is looking for a Team Leader for our Family Preservation team.

The primary objective of Family Preservation is to keep children safe at home with their families, and prevent removal, placement in Out of Home Care (OOHC), and future contact with the child protection system. Family Preservation aims to support children and families to achieve wider social benefits, including better educational attainment and improved health and wellbeing indicators.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week. In addition, the role includes a mandatory on call component to support service delivery outside standard business hours. The on-call requirement operates on a rotating roster and will include evenings, overnight periods, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Remuneration for this role will be paid at an hourly rate of between $53.43 and $55.85 dependent on relevant skills and experience. In addition, salary packaging benefits are available for Sora staff, where you can package up to $15,900 tax- free per annum.
