Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our Nerang Branch.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting Attachment Warehouse’s extensive range of products. This is a hands-on role that combines office-based sales with regular customer visits throughout the Gold Coast, Northern NSW, and surrounding regions.

The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing equipment solutions that help our customers succeed.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

· Conduct customer visits and identify opportunities for growth.

· Prepare accurate quotations and follow up sales enquiries.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Promote the full range of Attachment Warehouse products and services.

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

· Attend industry events, field demonstrations, and customer functions when required.

Customer Service

· Deliver outstanding customer service and product support.

· Provide customers with expert advice and equipment recommendations.

· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests.

· Work closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met.

· Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Administration

· Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM system.

· Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up documentation.

· Coordinate with warehouse and administration staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.

· Provide regular sales activity updates and reports.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

· Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Desirable

· Experience in the construction, earthmoving, machinery, mining, or agricultural industries.

· Knowledge of excavators and attachments.

· Experience using CRM systems.

· Manual Driver’s Licence.

Industry experience is an advantage; however, full product training will be provided for the right candidate.
