We’re looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team and take over an established portfolio of existing clients, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building trusted relationships, delivering high-quality advice and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to inherit an existing client book while continuing to grow your portfolio through referrals, client opportunities and the support of our marketing and business development initiatives.

You’ll work alongside experienced Client Service and Technical Support professionals, allowing you to spend more time with clients and less time on administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing an established portfolio of clients.
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Providing strategic financial advice across wealth creation, retirement planning, superannuation, investments and personal insurance.
• Identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and deliver additional value.
• Working collaboratively with our lending, accounting, aged care and insurance specialists to provide holistic advice solutions.
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, professionalism and client care.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients make better financial decisions and values long-term relationships over transactional advice.

You’ll also bring:

• Current ASIC Financial Adviser registration (or eligibility to provide personal financial advice in Australia).
• Relevant qualifications that meet the Financial Adviser education standards.
• Strong technical knowledge and advice capability.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with a genuine commitment to client outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
