Electricians - Commissioning

ICE Engineering (part of the Tasmea Group) is seeking an experienced Commissioning Electrician to join our team supporting works at Olympic Dam. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced E&I professional who thrives in commissioning, start-up, job scoping, and technical support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting commissioning, pre-commissioning, and technical oversight. This position is responsible for field scoping, work pack preparation, documentation review, troubleshooting, and supporting site teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commissioning and start-up of systems

• Conduct job scoping and prepare commissioning work packs

• Provide technical and troubleshooting support (onsite & remote)

• Review drawings, documentation, and ensure compliance with site standards

• Oversee Electrical activities including testing and verification.

• Complete commissioning records, punch lists, and handover documentation

Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

• SA Electrical Workers Licence (or willingness for mutual recognition)

• National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain during recruitment process)

• CPR/LVR (within last 12 months)

• White Card

• Drivers license

• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol testing
