EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

MAITLAND

R25 000 CTC PER MONTH

Minimum requirements:

Matric plus a Diploma in Business or Secretarial Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with atleast 3 years of supporting executives at a senior level
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint
Exceptional ability to prioritize, coordinate and keep everything running smoothly under pressure
Clear, professional and confident in both written and verbal interactions
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in every task
Anticipate needs, tackles challenges head on and brings creative solutions to the table
Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems to enhance efficiency
Prepare comprehensive meeting packs, take accurate minutes and follow up on actions items to ensure progress
Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
Manage property and assets administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Assist with general office administration and operational tasks to keep business moving
Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations and support event planning for seamless experiences
Act as first point of contact for internal and externals stakeholders
Draft, proofread, and manage documents and reports with precision and attention to detail
Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and bring creative solutions to the table
