The Role: Company Secretary Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Company Secretary Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is an integral part of our firm where you will be responsible for managing the Company Secretarial and Corporate Compliance services for our domestic and international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing compliance obligations, and leading a high-performing team within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Company Secretary Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients while supervising the COS division to ensure the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing ASIC compliance requirements for a diverse client portfolio
• Preparing and lodging company registrations, changes, deregistrations and annual reviews
• Maintaining statutory registers and corporate records
• Reviewing corporate secretarial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing workflow, deadlines and team performance
• Liaising with clients, legal advisers and regulatory bodies
• Assisting with process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Driving best practice and overseeing the COS division

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Company Secretarial, Corporate Services or ASIC Compliance role
• Strong knowledge of ASIC regulations and the Corporations Act
• Experience supervising  a COS division, including mentoring others
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
