CNC Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator

Our client is an engineering and hydraulic services business based in Western Australia, seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

CNC Machining

• Operating CNC lathes with Fanuc control

• Setting up, running, and monitoring jobs

• Working from drawings and job instructions

Operating multiple machines when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3+ years CNC machining experience

• Strong experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Confidence operating multiple machines

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Excellent punctuality and reliability

• Honest, consistent, and professional work ethic

Requirements

• Australian citizen or unrestricted right to work in Australia

• Relevant trade qualification or strong hands-on industry experience

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
