Delivery Driver/Storeperson - Northpharm Territory Pharmacy – Alice Springs

Northpharm Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Storeperson to join our team in Alice Springs on a casual or full-time basis.

This varied, hands-on role combines delivery and storeperson responsibilities, supporting both our day-to-day pharmacy operations and the timely distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. You’ll play an important part in ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently, while also assisting with stock handling, organisation and general store operations.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organised and enjoys a role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to be an important part of a busy pharmacy team.

Available Positions:

A)10am–5pm | Fulltime | Monday–Friday

Store person / Delivery Driver

B)12pm–5pm | Casual | Monday–Friday

Delivery Driver only

**No weekend shifts are currently required; however, weekend work may become a possibility in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles and deliver pharmaceutical products and retail items throughout the Alice Springs town area and facilities. No remote community deliveries.

• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery times and undelivered items.

• Receive, unpack and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and invoices.

• Organise and maintain storage areas, including shelving and stock rotation.

• Assist the medication packing team with deblistering, boxing sachets, packing and labelling boxes for dispatch and delivery.

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including safe handling of pharmaceutical products and hazardous materials.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record – essential. 

• Comfortable driving a delivery van.

• Experience in a retail, warehouse or stockroom environment.

• Physical fitness and ability to safely lift and carry products, including heavier items.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, particularly when handling pharmaceutical products.

• Basic computer skills for recording deliveries and managing inventory.

• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider pharmacy team.
