We're seeking a Patient Concierge to join our team and act as the first point of contact in our practice!

You'll play a vital role in shaping each patient's journey - from the very first smile at the front desk to their final wave goodbye.

The Patient Concierge reports to our Practice Manager and is an integral part of the front office team across our Shailer Park & Capalaba locations.

About You

• Own transport is essential, to travel between Shailer Park & Capalaba practices

• This role combines high-level customer service with administrative support to provide excellent patient care

• You have a warm, professional manner and a genuine love for excellent customer service

• Advanced computer literacy is essential

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills

• You keen to learn, grow and contribute to the practice

About the Role

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.

• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.

• Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, including new patient consultations, commencement of orthodontic treatment, observations, treatment adjustments and periodic reviews.

• Support patients through the check-in and check-out process, including payment processing and scheduling follow-up appointments.

• Assist with the collection and review of medical histories, patient information and consent forms.

• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception environment and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

• Liaise closely with our clinical team to ensure timely, coordinated and exceptional patient care.
