Vineyard Supervisor

Southern Premium Vineyards (SPV) owns and operates wine grape vineyards in Australia’s finest and most productive wine grape regions including the Barossa Valley, Clare and Limestone Coast regions of South Australia and the Riverina in New South Wales. Established in 2021, SPV offers wine producers a grape supply solution for their wine grape sourcing as an alternative to owning or leasing vineyards.

We are seeking a Vineyard Supervisor to help lead our teams in Griffith, NSW.

About the job:

This role will supervise the operations and logistics on a day-to-day basis, providing instruction to the team and being the 2IC to the Vineyard Manager. The role is perfect for someone who has been working in viticulture or farming for a while and is looking for their step into management. We are interested in candidates who are passionate about what they do, are willing to learn, and make a real impact.

About you:

You have a strong background in farming, and may have had some experience leading a team, or the desire to. You care about doing things the right way, and do not compromise on safety. You have a great work ethic, enjoy teaching others, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

You may possess a qualification in Viticulture, Agriculture or similar, or you have experience gained on the job in similar positions. Training and support will be provided, as is an excellent salary and company car.
