This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills who are passionate about building reliable systems and maintaining high standards of quality.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.• Lead and manage QA teams to ensure consistent quality across products, services, and business processes.• Establish quality metrics, KPIs, testing standards, and performance benchmarks.• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, testing methodologies, and quality frameworks.• Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities where applicable.• Identify, document, investigate, and track defects, quality issues, and process gaps.• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.• Monitor product and process quality throughout the development and operational lifecycle.• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams.• Review requirements, specifications, workflows, and processes to identify potential quality risks.• Establish and improve QA processes, tools, documentation, and reporting systems.• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and professional development.• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management updates on QA performance and key risks.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.• Evaluate and implement appropriate QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing technologies.• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry requirements, and applicable regulations.• Support audits, process reviews, and other quality-related initiatives as required.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Software Testing, or a related field.• Previous experience leading or managing QA teams is preferred.• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, quality frameworks, and defect management.• Experience with test management, issue tracking, and QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes is preferred for technology-focused roles.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills in English.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.🌟 What We Offer• Leadership opportunity to shape and improve the organization’s quality standards and processes.• Direct exposure to product development, operations, technology, and cross-functional initiatives.• Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing QA team.• Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Exposure to modern QA methodologies, tools, automation, and quality management practices.• Career progression into Senior QA Manager, Head of Quality, Quality Director, or related leadership roles.• A dynamic, collaborative, and quality-driven working environment.• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
