Some Of The Responsibilities IncludeAssisting in menu planning, implementation and executionWorking in the main kitchen which services both our Promenade Café, Tea Lounge and in room dining the successful applicant can expect an engaging, clean & safe environment.To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.To train the associates as necessary in the preparation and presentation of the items.To suggest alternative menu items, meet specific customer requests and interact with customers to meet and exceed their culinary expectations.
QualificationsA successful candidate will have:Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role.Recent experience in hotels, preferably Hyatt.Experience in luxury international brands, highly regardedQualification in Commercial CookeryDemonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operationsComprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environmentA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
