About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler to join our operations team in a support role, assisting with the coordination of heavy haulage movements across Australia.

Working alongside our experienced scheduling team, you will help coordinate vehicles, drivers, permits, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transport scheduling experience who wants to be involved in large-scale heavy haulage operations supporting major build projects nationwide.

You will assist in planning and coordinating transport for:

• Supertilts

• Quad Floats

• Flat Tops

• Extendable Trailers

• Steerable Jinkers

• Tilt Trays

Key Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling and coordination of heavy haulage transport across Australia.

• Liaise with drivers, clients, and project stakeholders.

• Coordinate permits, load documentation, and delivery schedules.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue management, and transport legislation.

• Monitor daily operations and respond to scheduling changes.

• Provide operational support to ensure projects run efficiently.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.

• Experience within heavy haulage, oversized, or over-mass transport is highly regarded.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a support-focused team.
