We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Tea Gardens practice — combining clinical expertise, and a genuine care factor to make a lasting impact on patients and teams.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice

• Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety systems

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary general practice team

• Contribute to chronic condition management, preventive care, and health assessments

• Wound management

• Minor procedure assistance

Essential Criteria

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration

• Strong organisational skills and professional accountability

• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in line with RACGP standards

• Cannulation certified

• Valid Australian work visa or legal work authorisation required. Ochre does not offer sponsorship for this role.

Desirable (not essential)

General practice nursing experience

• Immunisations, wound care, ECG, spirometry

• Chronic Condition Management and Health Assessments

• Ear syringe certified desirable

• Experience with Best Practice software
