Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Project Officer will work as part of a team of Engineers, Engineering Officers and Project Delivery Officers to support the planning and delivery of maintenance, breakdown, survey and construction work across Ausgrid’s Distribution network. This includes overhead, underground and substation works on network assets up to 132kV
This role will provide key planning, technical, system and coordination support to Network Test South and the Network Test Scheduler, assisting with the delivery of planned and unplanned works in a heavily reactive, priority-driven work environment.
You will undertake desktop analysis of assigned work, prepare job documentation, manage system-based work activities and support the coordination of internal and external resources. This includes preparing Network Access Requests, job packs, test templates, resource information, field documentation and other supporting materials to ensure field teams are provided with accurate, complete and high-quality work packages.
The Project Officer will also support the effective management of work, stakeholder communications, quality reviews and technical documentation to enable the safe and efficient delivery of work across the network.
