Assistant Manager

Ringwood RSL is seeking to add another qualified professional to our management team.

We are a medium sized club located in the heart of Ringwood with a 120 seat bistro, function room catering for sit down dinner and cocktail style functions of up to 150 guests, 70 EGM gaming room, and Members sports bar.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Our strong focus is on the delivery of exceptional customer service in all areas.

Solid industry experience is essential, so too is the ability to work within a close-knit team. Leading by example, the successful candidate will have a hands on approach to their work and their ability to assist the Senior Management team drive the business and sales.

The successful candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

• Possess the instinctive desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Leading and instructing your team as required to ensure the above.

• Gaming, TAB & Keno operations and administration (Victoria);

• 1-2 years of gaming operations experience is required.

• Food and beverage service and operation.

• Hold all appropriate Licences including TAB/CC, RSA, RSG, GIE, Keno, and current Victorian Drivers Licence.

• You will have held a similar supervisory position for a minimum of 2 years in the Victorian market.

You will report to the General Manager and your shifts will be rotating which will include weekends and nights.
