About the role
Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is one of the largest autism-specific service providers in Australia and operates one of the world’s largest autism-specific school programs.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we partner with Autistic people of all ages and their families to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred and strengths-based supports.
At Aspect, we recognise a different brilliant®—celebrating the strengths, interests and aspirations of Autistic people and working to build meaningful, everyday outcomes that matter.
Salary: $81.7K – $121K inc super (FTE)
Perks: Phone + laptop + km reimbursement + tolls + salary packaging + professional development
Employment: Permanent, part-time, 2 or 3 days per week
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Adelaide team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.
This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team.
You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.
At Aspect, we understand that once you’ve met one Autistic person, you’ve met one Autistic person. This role offers real clinical diversity, creativity, and the opportunity to tailor supports to each individual.
