The Role: 

• Manage and review accounting, taxation and business advisory engagements across a diverse client portfolio  

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact  

• Oversee workflow planning, job allocation and deadline management  

• Review work prepared by Accountants and Graduates to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance  

• Mentor and develop junior team members both technically and professionally  

• Support Managers and Partners with complex business advisory, tax strategy and client projects  

• Assist with ATO audits, reviews and supporting documentation  

• Identify opportunities to broaden client services and contribute to business growth  

• Support process improvement and uphold quality management standards  

About You: 

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business  

• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)  

• 3+ years Australian public practice accounting experience  

• Strong technical capability across tax, compliance and business structures  

• Proven experience managing workflow and reviewing work  

• Leadership capability with mentoring or supervisory experience  

• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills  

• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail  

• Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar platforms
