We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced electrician or solar tradesperson ready to step into a leadership role and help manage and grow our installation team.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and support a team of solar installers on residential and commercial projects

- Set the standard for quality, safety and workmanship on every job

- Assist with recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

- Install, commission and maintain premium solar PV systems and battery storage solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on renewable energy installations

- Deliver high-quality, safe workmanship while upholding strict industry standards

- Provide excellent technical advice and service to our customers

- Help drive continuous improvement in processes, performance and team culture

What we’re looking for:

- A current Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner Licence

- Solid experience in solar PV and/or battery installations (or strong electrical experience with a willingness to specialise)

- Leadership potential and the desire to manage and develop a team

- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service

- Reliability, problem-solving ability and a professional attitude

Remuneration:

Salary or subcontractor rates are highly negotiable based on your accreditations, experience and performance. Top performers can achieve very competitive earnings well into six figures with incentives.
