About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Electrician to join our Infrastructure Services team based in North Brisbane. You’ll be working on Energex Network installations - High Voltage and Large-scale commercial & industrial installations e.g. Powering Hospitals, major shopping centres, high rise buildings.

As an Electrician your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Interpreting drawings, specifications, and manuals to complete infrastructure electrical worksProblem-solving and reporting in line with job and safety requirementsPlanning tasks and ensuring appropriate equipment and resources are on handEnsuring full compliance with OH&S standards, codes, and project regulationsCommunicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal team members

What You’ll Bring

A current unrestricted QLD Electrical LicenceA current manual Driver’s LicencePrevious experience with Energex/Ergon networks (preferred but not essential)Familiarity with high-voltage infrastructure, substations, large customer connections or underground/overhead reticulation (ideal but not mandatory)A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudeStrong understanding of WHS and electrical code complianceAbility to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
