Are you passionate about wine and excited by the opportunity to be part of the action during Vintage 2027?
Oliver & Press Winemakers are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Vintage Cellar Operators to join our team for the 2027 harvest. Whether you’re an experienced cellar hand or looking to take your first step into the world of winemaking, we’d love to hear from you!
Based in McLaren Vale, Oliver & Press Winemaker’s is a family-owned premium winery with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and craftsmanship. As a contract processing facility specialising in small-batch, premium winemaking, we work closely with our clients to create expressive wines that showcase the unique character and place from which they are grown.
As a Vintage Cellar Operator, you’ll be right in the heart of the winemaking process, working alongside our experienced full-time Cellar Operators and supporting the day-to-day operations of the winery. Reporting directly to the Winemaker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of cellar activities while being part of a passionate and hardworking team.
