Administration / Customer Service - 12 month maternity leave cover

Adams Pest Control, part of the Orkin Australia family of brands has been operating for over 75 years, providing specialised pest management services for commercial and residential clients.

Adams Pest Control is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our customer service team in South Melbourne on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Data entry and inputting of service/sales information

• Inbound and outbound calls

• Customer support, including organising technician inductions

• Ongoing training and career development 

To be successful, you must have have a passion for customer service delivery in addition to:

• Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment;

• Clear verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;

• Strong computer and accurate data entry skills; and

• An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and criminal history checks.
