Due to increasing project demand and the need for consistent on-site delivery, the company is now seeking to employ a skilled Carpenter on a full-time basis. The Carpenter will play a key role in delivering carpentry and flooring services across new builds, renovations, and repair projects.

This position is essential to improving workflow efficiency, ensuring consistent workmanship, and supporting the business’s growing workload. The role requires strong trade skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also coordinating directly with the Director on all project requirements. Benefits Secure, full-time role in a growing and reputable small business Competitive salary based on skills and experience Supportive and professional working environment with a strong focus on quality and growth Task & responsibilities Constructing, installing, renovating, and repairing timber structures, flooring systems, and fixtures Interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine materials and layout requirements Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing materials using hand and power tools Installing flooring systems, subfloors, skirting boards, architraves, doors, and other fittings Carrying out formwork and general structural carpentry where required Repairing and maintaining existing structures and flooring installations Ensuring all work complies with Australian building standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and company quality standards Coordinating with the Director, subcontractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines,  project scheduling, and site requirements Selecting appropriate materials and preparing work layouts in line with project specifications Qualification & experience Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent Minimum 1 year of qualification experience as a Carpenter  Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools  Strong attention to detail and workmanship  Driver’s licence preferred
