The Opportunity

As the Maintenance Administrator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring key objectives and operational requirements are achieved.
• Maintain asset master records and support accurate data management across maintenance systems.
• Manage daily fuel and oil reconciliations, timesheet administration, and purchase order processing.
• Compile monthly plant reports, balance sheets, and maintenance performance documentation.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager and wider team with additional administrative functions as required.
• Support end-of-month reporting requirements and ensure critical deadlines are met

About you

• To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  You will bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration role within the mining, maintenance, construction, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with JDE or similar maintenance/business management systems (desirable).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health requirements and/or First Aid qualifications will be highly regarded.
