CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – Therapeutic Care Worker – Coffs Harbour
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Therapeutic Care Worker’s experienced in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to (Youth) children, young people and/or families to join CASPA’s Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a part time basis, supporting the exciting expansion of services throughout Coffs Harbour.
You will need to be available to work a 24/7 roster, including sleepover, active and day shifts. These same shift types apply on the weekends.
This position requires passion and skills in providing activities, routines, and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation, problem solving skills, and social competencies to inspire positive growth in the lives of children, young people, and families associated with CASPA’s leading services.

Required Qualifications
Diploma in Community Services or related diploma. For those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, a qualification is desirable, but experience and willingness to participate in training is acceptable. For candidates who do not hold the essential qualification, willingness to obtain and proof of enrolment will be required.
