• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 + super

In this role you will

Help build a strong risk-aware culture across DPHI by providing practical risk advice, supporting risk reviews and workshops, and coordinating reporting for committees and executive audiences. You will work with stakeholders across the Department to strengthen control environments, improve the quality and consistency of risk information, and support teams to confidently manage risk and deliver better outcomes for communities across NSW.

About you

• You have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to provide practical advice and build effective working relationships across diverse business areas.
• You can analyse risk information, challenge assumptions where needed, and support clear reporting and insights for decision-making.
• You bring strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential

• Tertiary qualifications in governance, risk management or related disciplines; or equivalent experience.
