What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.  

About You

You are a caring and adaptable Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care across outpatient and acute healthcare settings. You bring a solid foundation of clinical knowledge and practical nursing experience, enabling you to provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of healthcare needs.

You are recognised for your ability to think critically and respond effectively to clinical challenges, using sound judgement and problem-solving skills to support optimal patient outcomes. Your well-developed communication skills, combined with proficiency in clinical information systems and technology, allow you to collaborate effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Working closely within multidisciplinary teams, you are skilled in coordinating and delivering patient-centred care that is focused on achieving positive health outcomes. Organised, reliable and resilient, you thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments and are committed to providing exceptional care while supporting the needs of the service across a seven-day rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s.  These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
