Retail Centre Manager

About the role

As Beaini grows, so too does our retail portfolio and the team supporting it.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Centre Manager to join our growing retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of this role, make it your own and lead the day-to-day management and performance of our centres.

You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, working closely with the broader business to maximise the performance and long term value of our retail assets.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships & being a part of the action.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail centres, ensuring they are safe, welcoming & presented to a high standard.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers, acting as their key point of contact for all centre-related matters.

• Manage the centre operating expenses, budgets.

• Coordinate retailer onboarding, centre deliveries, contractor access & maintenance requirements.

• Own the centre administration process using our Cirrus8 software, maintaining accurate records, registers & insurance documents.

• Manage retailer compliance with lease obligations, centre regulations & trading requirements.

• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to the wider Beaini team, including annual budgets & expenses.

• Manage casual leasing enquiries & bookings.

• Work closely with Marketing to plan & coordinate promotional campaigns, events, social media platforms, website content & customer communication. (Marketing experience highly desirable with the opportunity to own this process).

• Identify opportunities to continually improve the CX, centre operations & overall asset performance.

About you

• Experience in retail centre management or a similar role including centre operations & commercial management.

• Ability to take ownership & confidently manage the day-to-day operations.

• Strong relationship management skills including communication, organisation & problem solving.

• A commercial mindset & understanding of factors that drive successful centre performance.

• Experience with operational reporting, insurance requirements, WHS & regulatory compliances.

• Flexibility to attend centre events, stakeholder meetings & operational matters when required.
