Disability Team Leader role!

This is a full-time opportunity based in Campbelltown NSW 2560. As the Disability Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our disability services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of disability support workers to deliver high-quality services to our clients

2. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of client services. Rostering when needed.

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation

4. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes

5. Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services

6. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

7. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the organisation

8. Manage our SIL/SDA Homes and establish new homes. Creating and implementing ROC's

What we're looking for

1. Substantial experience in a similar disability operations management role

2. In-depth knowledge of the disability services sector and relevant regulations

3. Strong leadership and people management skills

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

5. A proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies

6. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. health, social services) or equivalent experience

7. Aged Care Experience but not essential
