What You'll DoAct as the primary contact for 8-9 high-profile clients, building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, digital check-ins and proactive communicationSupport channel teams with strategic direction, making sure every initiative aligns with each client's overarching business goalsAct as the project manager, scheduling work, managing timelines and ensuring seamless delivery across teamsOversee campaign delivery across channels, making sure scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs are metIdentify and present new growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact for clients
What You Bring3+ years' account management experience in a digital or full-service agencyGenuine direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce client experience, brands sold through their own online channels, not just through third-party retailersExpertise across SEM, Social Advertising and SEOConfidence creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads and MetaA confident presenter and communicator with strong commercial acumenAn analytical mindset, you love connecting data to meaningful client outcomesProven ability to lead multi-channel teams and manage complex projects
