Laser & Skin Therapist

As a key member of our team, you will deliver a variety of professional services, from laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments and even hair loss treatments, all designed to help clients achieve their best results. Your role involves consulting with clients to understand their unique needs and skin goals, using your expertise to develop tailored treatment plans that ensure a positive and results-driven experience.

You will perform advanced treatments. Additionally, you’ll guide clients with product recommendations to help them maintain their results between visits. Providing exceptional service is at the heart of what we do, ensuring that every client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and excited to return.

You will collaborate with a passionate and like-minded team that values excellence and client satisfaction, creating a welcoming and trusted environment in the world of skincare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treament for both male and female customers. including private treatment areas.

• Perform skin treatments and hair loss treatments.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

• Drive sales and achieve set targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Educate clients on aftercare and promote product sales to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Work weekdays including weekends (saturday is a must)
  

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence. If you are passionate about the beauty industry and bring some or all of the following qualities, we would love to hear from you:

• Available minimum 5 days per week, Saturday is a must

• Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy

• Strong Customer Sales. Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI targets.

• 1 year Experience in facial, laser, and skin treatment is a strong advantage.

• Availability: Flexible schedule, available to work on weekends and weekdays as needed.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of skincare and professional treatments is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

• Attitude:  A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

• Dedication: Commitment to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
